Bio

Lisa Stevens is a world-renowned, International Emmy Award-nominated Director/Choreographer with credits spanning the globe. She performed in the original cast of Chicago (West End/Broadway); the films Phantom of the Opera; Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Bombay Dreams (West End & Broadway); Star For A Night (series, 6 seasons); in numerous commercials, and performed in the Royal Variety Performance for Her Majesty The Queen.

Director and Choreography credits include the world premiere of Get Down Tonight! (West End, London); Who Do Ya Love? (Edinburgh Festival); Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 the Musical! (West End, UK Tour, Australian, Korean companies); the films Fear Street "Prom Queen", Kiss of Death, Dreaming of A Jewish Christmas, and Diary of A Wimpy Kid. Other memorable credits include playing herself in Kristen Bell's "Encore" on Disney Plus "High School Musical" episode; The Little Prince (Theater Calgary), The Witches of Eastwick, Cutman, A Boxing Musical, West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, and most lovingly Disney's High School Musical 1 & 2, worldwide.

Lisa is currently working on a stage adaptation of the award-winning short Top of My School, as well as a stage adaptation of the Emmy-nominated feature Dreaming of a Jewish Christmas. Future plans for Get Down Tonight include working towards a Broadway run.

Lisa has been inducted into UNESCO's CID, acknowledging prominent individuals worldwide in the realm of dance. She is also on the dance faculty at AMDA NYC, and on the advisory committee for The NY Circus Project.
